1.2 Account Code

Back to Index

The account code represents the account which data will be pulled from. Without identifying the account, nothing can be returned.

The Account Code is typically expressed as a combination of three letters and a 4 digit number. It is case sensitive and the letters are always lower case. An example: abc1234

The Account Code should be specified as the hostname portion of the server name in the request URL like this: abc1234.zonarsystems.net. This is the preferred method and client developers should use it.

Alternately the account code may be specified with the customer variable like this: https://gtc.zonarsystems.net/interface.php?customer=abc1234.
